Families are getting frustrated with their applications being on hold due to additional documents needed. We have families that don't have access a computer and it's hard to upload individual documents. Allow families to upload their entire 1040 return and have your team scroll through the document. Have a place to state that's what they're doing in the documents upload section. Everything should be geared to make it as easy for the customer.

Thanks for submitting - I agree 100% the parent experience should be as easy as possible. We are working diligently to implement an integration with the IRS for next year, which should solve this problem because the parents will not need to upload the 1040 any longer.
