I COMPLETELY AGREE! When the school requires additional documents beyond those required by BBFAM, the Administrator or another school representative must contact each family individually by email or phone to request the additional documentation. This process is extremely time-consuming and creates unnecessary administrative work that could be eliminated if Blackbaud allowed schools to add their own required documents to the application.
