Allow Refunds From Smart Tuition

Smart Tuition automatically charges customer's accounts. It would be nice if this same functionality was in use for refunds. As it stands the school has to cut a manual check. Having a refund option straight from the payment in Smart Tuition would allow customer's to receive their refunds directly to their account (as they are accustomed with almost all vendors they work with.)

    We currently have school initiated refunds in an early adopter program (EAP) with plans to release it to all schools this summer!     I just added this as an idea as well - paper checks are a thing of the past!

    Under BBMS this is passible for the other side of Blackbaud. Would be great if this was possible in Smart Tuition (for both ACH and Credit Cards)

    I agree with this! It would be nice to allow the refunds from the Buy Now option as well.
