Allow families to view notes from imports so they know what they are being billed for. This is especially important for incidental fee imports

We use TMS to bill our incidentals. The import spreadsheet has a notes column to add details, but families aren't able to view this. Families need access to this information.

    We've added the custom description field into the self service imports. These descriptions are able to be seen by the payers on their invoices and on the parent site.

    We run into this issue a lot. Billing out music lessons, extended Day charges, etc. Parents are confused because they cannot see the dates range for the activity posted. of the charges.
