Billed & Paid Report - Options

Have the option to report on Billed or Paid OR Billed and Paid data.

Also, when selecting a fee line item it would be helpful to have the ability to select more than one at a time or select all only.

I would like to add an additional suggestion to this feature. If we could "save" a dynamic filter selection this would solve an annual issue. We run reports annually with lots of line item selections and this is a time consuming process. If it could save a few filters that would be so helpful. Please consider adding this feature to the Billed vs. Paid report.
