I am a school secretary, and also a parent with a child at the school. One thing I think is confusing to parents is the final step prior to a purchase says "continue" verses something like "submit". The word continue implies there is another step prior to finalizing your purchase. I think sometimes people need to see that you are indeed at the stage of making the purchase so they don't think it is a review payment situation prior to making their shopping cart or tuition payment.
