The scholarship requirements request that the school name, address, and logo be included in the statements parents submit for reimbursement. While the name and address are already in place, the logo is not currently included on the Student Year-End Statement and Parent Year-End Statement. It would be helpful if the logo could be added as well.
I also came across a school in Alabama that has a new voucher program asking for the same information. Breakout of fees / discounts on the Year end statement along with including the School address. Specifically they are requesting all of the following fields to be on the year end statement: provider name and address (the school), student name, parent name, date of invoice, Date(s) of service, type of service provided (i.e. Registration fees, tuition, etc..), and Total amount due for the entire year.
Most of this is already in the year end statement but if we are adding some for these programs we will likely want to address all the requirements in one shot. This is also a fairly common ask with schools from Florida & California as well for state programs.
If not automatically including the school logo on the report, there should be the option to include it on the report (similar to sending emails through the Email Parents functionality allows you to include the school logo on the email being sent - the choice should be there to include it on the report)
