The recent adjustments to the Welcome letter and Prior to Debit Reminders are great, especially for a school that is utilizing the Single Sign-on (SSO) feature, and the school-specific, hyperlinked Parent Site now being included in the invoices and auto-debit reminders. However, the old Parent Site URL is still included in the Failed Bank Account Update emails (see example attached), which can cause confusion for parents, and/or cause the SSO link to be broken if the parent clicks on that website link.
