Award Response Email Notification for School Admins
As a school administrator I would like to receive emails when a family replies to my award letter. I would like the email to contain the application id, name of student, grade and award response.

That would be very helpful. A preliminary step could also be to have the date of responses on the award letter report, as then we could at least sort to see the most recent responses. Right now the only date is the date the award letter was sent, and the responses can come very spread out in time.
