Ability to carry over prior year balances to the new year.
Families should see what their prior year balances are when they receive the first invoice of the new year. I have to manually add credit balances from prior year so that they are applied towards the first billing of the new year. -
Be able to generate invoices even after generation date.
In Student billing an invoice could be printed at anytime. This should have the same capability. -
Excel Reports in Tuition Management are using outdated software
Please update your server Excel versions so that downloaded reports are up to date and easy to work with. Many of the downloadable Excel reports in Tuition Management use an outdated version of Excel (e.g. Excel '97) with an .xls extension instead... -
Feature Request: Subtitle Option for “Buy Now, Give Now” Titles
It would be great to have a subtitle feature for “Buy Now, Give Now,” so we can include extra details when the title character is limited. -
School Year Toggle - keep on current School Year until the Year is over and then beginning with the next school year move that year to the top of the toggle..many parents inadvertently pay tuition on the new year instead of the current school year..have the default toggle to the current school year and then switch to the new school year.....

Autopay reminders also sent with Invoices
For schools that use Auto Pay Invoices, we need to either change the verbiage in the email that the amount will be pulled on the due date. Or we also need to send reminders so they are aware that the amount will be pulled on the due date. -
Make matching between Tuition Management and Financial Aid Management have the option to also search by student ID
While it is convenient to have the system match by student and parent name, it would also be great if it also matched student ID as an option. -
